Since coffee beans are a perishable food product, we don't accept returns once the pack is opened.
Damaged/wrong item: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll offer a replacement or full refund.
Unopened products: Unopened, unused packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund (shipping costs non-refundable).
Refund timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
